All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Emma Hamsa is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
