At Emma Hamsa, each fragrance is created as a personal, intimate experience. Due to the nature of perfume as a personal care product, all fragrance purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@emmahamsa.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will carefully review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Emma Hamsa fragrances are classified as personal care and beauty products and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all customers.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered for fragrance purchases.
If you wish to experience a different scent, we recommend placing a new order.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
Please note that the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, including perfumes and personal care products, once shipped.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where an order is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, and after review by our team.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
